Enter the problem (pot hole, trash, light out, etc.) in subject line, and in the body of your e-mail, briefly describe the problem and location. This page is for reporting non-emergency problems only.
To report an emergency (immediate threat to life or property) dial 911.
- Animals: live, lost or problems
- Beach problems: signs, trash cans, play equipment
- Construction: illegal or without permit
- Illegal activity observed (or call 726-1911 to request an officer)
- Street Light: out or cycling on/off (need address and pole number)
- Traffic Light: out or not working properly (need address/intersection)
- Pot hole or street repair needed
- Sign: damaged or missing (need type of sign and address/location)
- Stormwater pump(s): not working or drain stopped (need address/location)
- Trash to be cleaned up or picked up
- Yard debris to be cleaned up or picked up
- Water line: leak or problem
