The Public Engagement phase of the Land Use Plan Update process is upon us!
The initial public forums were held on February 5th and were a great success! The forum included a 30-min presentation of the existing conditions information followed by a 1-hour open house. The open house had opportunities for citizens to view the data, submit input for issues they feel are facing the town, and discuss the future for land use in Atlantic Beach.

An online survey was published on February 7th and will be available until February 28th. It should only take 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Click here to access the survey: LAND USE PLAN SURVEY
A second public forum will be scheduled in mid-March to go over the input received from the surveys and the initial public forum. Once the date is confirmed, we’ll post it here.
