BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Board of Adjustment will conduct public hearings on Monday, September 16, 2024 at 6:00pm in the Town Boardroom located at 125 West Fort Macon Road regarding the following:
E-24-01 – 514 E. Fort Macon Road is requesting a 1.5 linear foot (57 sq/ft) encroachment into the Town’s right-of-way for a portion of the septic drain field.
E-24-02 – 229 Moonlight Drive is requesting a 15.34-linear foot (333.1 sq/ft) encroachment into the Town’s right-of-way to encompass a portion of the pump tank and a portion of drain field.
Applications can be obtained at Town Hall. The public is invited to attend. Those wishing to speak at the public hearing should be prepared to establish legal standing and provide competent, relevant, and substantial evidence on the matter.
