PLANNING BOARD MEMBER VACANCY
A vacancy is now available on the Town of Atlantic Beach Planning Board. This Council-appointed volunteer board advises the Town on matters of land use and development. The Planning Board reviews and makes recommendations on zoning text amendments, rezonings, major site plans, and subdivisions, as well as projects such as the CAMA Land Use Plan Update, Stormwater Resiliency Plan, and the Causeway Small Area Plan. The term of this vacancy expires 12/31/22, at which time the board member may be re-appointed.
