NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the April 11, 2024, FY24-25 Budget Workshop of the Atlantic Beach Town Council has been continued until Friday, April 19, 2024, at 9:00 AM at the Town Boardroom, 125 West Fort Macon Road. Council will further discuss the FY24-25 Budget. No Action will be taken.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Atlantic Beach Town Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 22, 2024 at 6:00 pm in the boardroom, 125 West Fort Macon Road. The purpose of the public hearing is to review, discuss, and hear public comment, both oral and written, regarding the following:
- ZTA-24-3: Sidewalks. Zoning text amendments are proposed to connect Article 18-5, Development Standards, 18.5.2., Access and Circulation, to the newly adopted sidewalk requirements under Chapter 16, Streets and Sidewalks, of the Town Code; and
- ZTA-24-4 Recreation/Entertainment, Event Venues. Zoning text amendments are proposed related to the permitting requirements for Event Venues.
