NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Public Beach & Coastal Waterfront Access Program Grant Applications
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Atlantic Beach Town Council will hold a public hearing at their regularly scheduled meeting on June 24, 2024 at 6:00 pm to accept public comment prior to the submission of final applications to the Public Beach & Coastal Waterfront Access Program through the Division of Coastal Management. The applications propose:
- The extension of the Beaufort Avenue public access over the dune, replacement of the decking and handrails with a wood-alternative composite material, and re-grading the walkway leading to the access; and
- The extension of the Greenville Avenue public access over the dune and replacement of the decking and handrails with a wood-alternative composite material.

TOWN COUNCIL AND PLANNING BOARD JOINT MEETING
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Atlantic Beach Town Council and Planning Board will have a joint meeting on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at 6:00 pm. The meeting will be held in the boardroom at 125 West Fort Macon Road. The public is invited to attend and participate. The purpose of the public hearing is to review, discuss and hear public comment, both oral and written, regarding the following:
MSP-24-1: 103, 109 and 111 Old Causeway Road, Atlantic Beach Isles Duplex Development. Review of a major site plan concept proposal for the construction of three duplexes at 103, 109 and 111 Old Causeway Road. A copy of the application and proposed site plan can be obtained from Town Hall Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Board of Adjustment will conduct a public hearing to consider a request for an appeal of an administrative decision to issue a zoning permit for a wall at 1015 Ocean Ridge Drive in Atlantic Beach. A copy of the application can be obtained from Town Hall during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
The public hearing will be held at their regular meeting scheduled for Monday, August 19, 2024 at 6:00 pm in the Town Hall Boardroom located at 125 West Fort Macon Road. The public is invited to attend. Those wishing to speak at the public hearing should be prepared to establish legal standing and provide competent, relevant, and substantial evidence on the matter.
