The mission of the Administrative Services Department (finance and personnel) is to provide administrative support for the Town’s departmental activities including accounting, purchasing, billing and collections, cash management and investing, human resources, and all other administrative activities in support of the Town. This department also provides contact support for citizen visits to Town Hall by directing questions and inquiries to the appropriate Town staff person.
The Administrative Services Department incorporates Administration, Finance, Human Resources, and Utilities within one department.

For all other fees, Official Payments Corporation offers individuals and businesses the opportunity to pay taxes, utility payments, and capacity use/tap fees by telephone or directly over the Internet with an additional convenience charge:
- Taxes: Credit – 2.8% of the payment amount with credit ($3.95 minimum); Debit – $3.95
- Utility Payments: Credit – $3.45; Debit – $1.00
